Lindsay Davies has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lindsay currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Journey at Island Health, where they are responsible for delivering healthcare services across Vancouver Island. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at Scotiabank as a Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing the recruitment efforts in Western Canada. Lindsay also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BCAA and as a Recruitment Advisor and Staffing Consultant at Randstad. Lindsay's career in talent acquisition started at OfficeTeam, where they worked as a Staffing Manager.
Lindsay Davies attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business Administration with a major in Human Resources. Prior to that, Lindsay attended Brock University from 2004 to 2005, studying Applied Health Sciences with a focus in Tourism. Lindsay received their High School Diploma from Earl of March Secondary School in 2003. In terms of certifications, Lindsay obtained a Data Analytics for Business Professionals certification from LinkedIn in 2020, and a Social Talent Black Belt in Internet Recruitment certification from SocialTalent in 2017.
