Tendekai Dzinamarira

Tendekai Dzinamarira has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Tendekai started their career as a Head Teller at CABS in 2012 and held the position for six years, until November 2018. Following that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Zimnat for two months in 2019, where they focused on cross-selling group products in life assurance and insurance business.

In 2020, Tendekai joined Success Microfinance Bank as a Customer Service Officer, a role they held until January 2021. Tendekai then moved on to work as a Retail Cashier for the City of Mutare starting in May 2021.

In 2022, Tendekai served as a Performance Management Specialist at Easy2Manage and as a Trade Finance Consultant at Euro Exim Bank. In both roles, they showed expertise in their respective fields.

Currently, Tendekai is working as an Island Innovation Ambassador for Island Innovation, a role they started in January 2023.

Tendekai Dzinamarira completed a Master's degree in Marketing from Great Zimbabwe University from 2018 to 2019. Tendekai also obtained a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Short-term and Long-term Insurance Business from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (IIZ) in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology Hon in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) between 2006 and 2010. Tendekai's education history also includes an ongoing pursuit of a Master of Commerce in Marketing Management from Great Zimbabwe University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Basic Banking Skills from Old Mutual ZW and a Customer Service Certificate from Zimhost, but the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
