Giselle Töngi

Giselle "G" Töngi has diverse work experience in various industries. Giselle "G" has worked as the Executive Director of FilAm ARTS, where they utilized their nonprofit expertise. Giselle also served as the Director of Communications & Community Partnerships at Island Pacific Supermarket, where they applied their cultural and managerial experience in the media landscape. Giselle "G" has a background in entertainment and production from their roles as the Co-Producer/Company Cultural & Community Liaison for Here Lies Love Broadway and as a Host & Producer for Kababayan Today. Additionally, Giselle worked as a Communications Director at Tanduay USA, where they spearheaded marketing initiatives and successfully elevated the brand's awareness. Giselle "G" started their career at Rappler, where they served as a Social Media Producer, creating and publishing content for online broadcast.

Giselle "G" Töngi completed their education history as follows:

1. From 2019 to 2021, they attended Antioch University-Los Angeles, where they obtained a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.

2. Between 2009 and 2011, they studied at UCLA and achieved a Communications Major with a focus on New & Mass Media. Giselle "G" also pursued double minors in Film & Theatre, emphasizing Mass Communications.

3. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Los Angeles Pierce College and received an Associate's degree in General Transfer.

4. Giselle "G" studied Theatre Arts at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute from 2000 to 2002, with a focus on Dramatic Arts and Musical Theatre.

5. In 1997 and 1998, they pursued Screenwriting, Filmmaking, and Mass Communications at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Along with their educational achievements, they obtained their Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) designation from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance in 2021.
