Shelby Mihcioglu

Shelby Mihcioglu is an experienced Artist Development Manager at Island Records since September 2022, with a background in audience and digital marketing at Marathon Music Group. Previous roles include Artist Management at Out of the Blue Management, where global release campaigns were planned with major labels, and Booking & Promotions at Sony Music Entertainment, focused on a campaign addressing anti-bullying. Shelby also served as a Talent Booker at Coalition Agency, securing live bookings for prominent DJs and entertainment brands. Early experience as a Talent Manager at UNILAD contributed to significant audience engagement and growth for the platform. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Greenwich.
