Dan Amiga

Dan Amiga is a co-founder and CTO at Island, a company that aims to improve cyber security design. Dan is also an official member and contributor of Forbes Technology Council. Amiga is a founding investor at Axis Security, build.security (acquired by Elastic), and Cycode. Dan is a member of Cyberstarts - The Founders Powered VC and an insider at YL Ventures. Additionally, Amiga is an adjunct professor at IDC Herzliya. In the past, they served as the VP of Engineering - Web Isolation at Symantec and co-founded Fireglass, where they invented the Web Browser Isolation technology.

Dan Amiga attended Reichman University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. Dan then pursued further education at Bar-Ilan University from 2007 to 2008, earning a Master of Arts degree in Business Law.
