Scott Ferguson began their career in 1997 as a Solution Engineer at Vantive. In 1998, they joined Remedy Corporation as an Account Executive and was responsible for growing business within major existing customers and closing new clients throughout the Carolinas. In 2002, Scott joined Aspect Software as a Senior Account Executive, working with Fortune 500 companies across the Southeast on solutions for unified communications and workforce optimization. In 2007, Scott moved to Verint-Systems as a Senior Account Executive, helping well known brands improve Customer Experience and Operational Performance. In 2012, Scott joined LivePerson as a Senior Account Executive - Financial Services, working with several large financial services firms on strategies to improve online conversion, revenues and reduce servicing costs. In 2015, they joined ServiceMax as a Regional Sales Manager - Southeast, delivering software that brings together the right data at the right moment to delight customers and drive business results at the crucial point of service. In 2016, Scott moved to BlueCat as Vice President of Sales, Enterprise East, leading the Enterprise team for the Eastern US and Canada, working with their top customers, partners, and new logos to secure DDI Infrastructure. In 2021, Scott joined ServiceChannel as Senior Director, NA Enterprise Sales, leading the North American Enterprise Sales team to deliver measurable, positive business outcomes to the best brands in the world. Finally, in 2023, Scott joined Island as Strategic Sales, with a mission to rethink the design of cyber security.

Scott Ferguson attended the University of Houston, where they earned a BBA in Management Information Systems.
