Michela Dimond

Michela Dimond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, bookkeeping, and education. Currently serving as the EEC Program Manager for Admissions & Recruiting at IslandWood since February 2022, Michela also holds roles at STAY Connected as a Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant, and Youth Advocate, focusing on support and advocacy for youth. Previously, Michela's experience includes instructing wilderness trips for middle school students at the YMCA of Greater Seattle and providing academic support as a Graduate Student Reader/Grader at the University of Washington College of Education. With a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Michela has also worked in various positions in hospitality and kitchen management, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills throughout a dynamic career.
