Pam Harlan

Pam Harlan is an Administrative Operations Coordinator at IslandWood since May 2019. Prior to that, Pam worked as a Data Analyst at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from September 2017 to April 2019. With extensive experience at the US Census Bureau from 1994 to October 2016, Pam held the position of Supervisory Survey Statistician. Additionally, Pam served as an Area Manager at the Bureau of the Census from April 2008 to September 2010. Pam holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, University of Washington (2005-2007), and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business (1971-1996).
