Caroline Wadsworth

Caroline Wadsworth is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Environmental and Water industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Isle Utilities since January 2021, Caroline previously held roles including Water Innovation Hub Manager at the University of Sheffield, where management of the Water Innovation Hub for the TWENTY65 research consortium facilitated collaboration among diverse stakeholders. With a strong commercial background, Caroline has also contributed as an Independent Consultant at Edem Consulting Ltd, Head of Consulting - Environment at Isle Utilities, Principle Consultant at Beta Technology, Director at Cogent Regeneration Ltd, and has held various consulting roles focused on economic development and environmental management. Caroline holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Conservation & Management and Microbiology from Nottingham Trent University, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Urban & Environmental Design from Leeds Beckett University.
