Michael Storey

Michael Storey is a highly experienced professional in the water sector, currently serving as the Managing Director for Isle Utilities in the Asia-Pacific region since September 2018. Storey has held a distinguished role as a Fellow and Distinguished Fellow with the International Water Association, recognized for extraordinary long-term contributions to the global water sector. Previous positions include Director (Non-Executive) at Marchment Hill Consulting, Senior Manager of Customer, Strategy and Innovation at Sydney Water, and Guest Lecturer at UNSW Australia. Storey's early career included significant research roles, such as Research Scientist at CSIRO and Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Smittskyddsinstitutet. Storey holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a first-class honors Bachelor of Science degree from UNSW.
