Barry McCaig

Barry McCaig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, project management, and continuous improvement across various sectors, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations - Database, Middleware and Identity & Access Management services at ISM since May 2017, Barry has successfully led teams to deliver significant cost savings and improvements in service delivery for numerous clients. Previous roles include project management positions at 3sHealth, Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, and HP Enterprise Services, where Barry managed large-scale programs, implemented Lean methodologies, and contributed to strategic planning. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Regina and completed advanced leadership training at Dynamic Achievement.
