Fredrik Andreassen

Fredrik Andreassen has worked in various managerial roles since 1994. Fredrik started as Metallurgy Manager at Linde Gas in 1999, then moved to AGA Region Europe North in 1994 where they held the roles of Metallurgy Manager and Tech Sales Manager. In 2001, they became MD and Sales Manager at Segerström Automotive, followed by Production Manager and Program Manager Quality Improvements at Bombardier Transportation in 2009. From 2012 to 2015, they were the CEO of Calix AB and since 2015 they have been the Owner and CEO of ISM AB and AdVaTe Group AB. ISM provides management support to industry organizations and start-up enterprises on a consultancy basis or through direct investment. AdVaTe Group consists of several companies.

Fredrik Andreassen obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from The Open University in 2001, and a M Sc in Metals Processing, Bergs ing. from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 1993.
