Sheela Naveen

Sheela Naveen has over 23 years of experience in human resources, beginning their career as a Technical Trainer at Infosys in 1998. Sheela has since worked at a number of companies, including Deccanet Designs, where they were responsible for resource management, hiring, and technical documentation for the R&D BU. As a Deputy Manager at Lifetree Convergence, Sheela worked on a global flagship product for billing/OSS. Sheela was also involved in implementing HR best practices at IDS Software Solutions as Manager HR. Sheela served as Heading HR for ECI Telecom India, taking care of all HR activities for the India office. Sheela was the Regional Human Resources Director at Tecnotree Corporation before starting their own business, Connecting Minds Skills. Sheela currently works as Head of Human Resources at iSmart, a technology services and consulting company focused on digital transformation in the energy, utilities, manufacturing, and telecom sectors.

Sheela Naveen has a diverse education history. Sheela received their Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law from Bangalore University in 1993. In 1994-1995, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Law, and Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from the Institute of Computer Technology. Sheela then obtained a GNIIT degree in VB, C++, VJ++, Sybase, Oracle, HTML, and RDBMS from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1996-1998. Later, in 2010, they earned a degree in Business Law (MBL) from the National Law School of India University. Sheela also received a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2010-2011. Sheela Naveen has received a certification for PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur Institution.
