Currently serving as Senior Vice President Marketing at ISMAYA GROUP since July 2023, Devleena previously held roles such as Head of Communications & Employer Branding at TomTom, where a focus was on synergy with the global communications team. Devleena has contributed significantly as a Brand Strategy Consultant for SHIRODKAR INFRASTRUCTURE, leading market research and brand positioning initiatives. Prior experience includes General Manager of Group Marketing & Brand Strategy at Kanmo Group, where leadership of a 32-member marketing team and strategic brand planning were key responsibilities. Devleena's career started in marketing roles at prominent companies such as Principal Financial Group and Bombay Dyeing, where successful rebranding and innovative campaigns enhanced respective market positions. Educational background includes a PG Diploma in Communication Management from ISB & M, Pune, and a Bachelor of Arts from Scottish Church College, Calcutta University.
