Ctc Nicole Schmidt

Nicole Schmidt has a diverse work experience. Nicole started their career as an Intern at ISN in June 2014. Following their internship, they joined the University of Oklahoma as a First Fidelity Bank Integrated Business Core Consultant, where they guided student-run companies in creating and marketing their products for charitable purposes.

In July 2015, Nicole returned to ISN and began their journey as an Associate. Nicole quickly progressed to a Senior Associate role, which they held from July 2016 to June 2018. During their time at ISN, they also served as an Account Representative, responsible for connecting corporations with reliable contractors through collecting and verifying their information.

In January 2020, Nicole advanced to the position of Senior Account Representative, where they continued to connect companies with contractors and suppliers with a focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Nicole held this role until May 2021 when they took on the responsibility of a New Employee Trainer, ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the company.

In October 2021, Nicole transitioned into the position of Senior Specialist - Monarch at ISN. Nicole later became an Account Manager - Monarch in July 2022, where they currently work. The Monarch team is responsible for assisting clients in managing their global contractor and supplier networks efficiently and safely.

Throughout their career, Nicole has developed strong skills in account management, training, and helping connect corporations with reliable contractors.

Nicole Schmidt, CTC, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed between 2011 and 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Corporate Trainer Certified (CTC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in August 2021.
