Doug Rood Cspo

Doug Rood, CSPO, CSM has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2011, Doug served as a Legal Intern at Ardito, Sweeney, Stusse, Robertson & Dupuy, P.C. In 2012, they worked as a Committee Staff Intern at the United States Senate, specifically in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. From 2014 onwards, Doug joined ISN and held several roles including Associate - Customer Success, Senior Associate - Customer Success & Business Development, Account Representative - Business Development, and Product Coordinator. Doug progressed to more advanced positions at ISN, including Advanced Product Coordinator and Senior Product Coordinator. Doug also worked as a Product Owner and Advanced Product Owner. Currently, Doug holds the position of Advanced Product Owner at ISN.

Doug Rood, CSPO, CSM, obtained a Master of Science degree in Management from Wake Forest University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and History at the same university from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their education, they have also acquired the following certifications: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2022, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2022. Doug also obtained a certification in "Data-Driven Project Management: Project Metrics That Matter" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
