Flavio S. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. Flavio started their career at BNY Mellon as a Client Support Manager, where they were responsible for managing and overseeing the client onboarding process for the Document Custody product. Flavio successfully coordinated across multiple lines of business to implement the operational model strategy and collected and analyzed operational and financial data. Flavio has also completed various courses and obtained certifications in fields such as data modeling, power query, psychological principles, emotional intelligence, Scrum, empathy, artificial intelligence, Power BI, VBA in Excel, resilience, technical sales, and Excel.
