Michael Ketter Arm, Cris, Eris

Michael Ketter has over 19 years of work experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Michael started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2002, where they served as a Technical Claims Specialist. In this role, they successfully managed a large number of workers' compensation claims, settled complex claims, and participated in meetings with customers to discuss loss prevention. Michael also acted as a dedicated Senior Claims Consultant for JPMorgan Chase and Co. for eight years. Michael's role at Liberty Mutual Insurance ended in April 2015.

Following their time at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Michael joined ISN as a Senior Specialist in Insurance & Risk Management (IRM). In this role, they coordinated and managed various aspects of insurance review and verification services, including insurance program reviews. Michael handled Midstream/Pipelines/Refining/Chemical client accounts' insurance requirements and presented to prospective ISN clients and insurance agents/brokers. Michael also played a key role in process and system improvement initiatives and provided technical insurance support and assistance to clients. Michael'stenure at ISN began in April 2015 and is ongoing. Additionally, in January 2021, Michael took on the position of Project Lead in IRM at ISN, further enhancing their responsibilities within the company.

Michael Ketter, ARM, CRIS, ERIS attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Management Information Systems. Michael obtained the Certified Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in July 2015. Michael also earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes in April 2017. Additionally, they obtained the Enterprise Risk and Insurance Specialist (ERIS) certification from IRMI in April 2018.
