Zach Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zach began their career at Bantrel as a Project Accounts Payable where they processed project payables and participated in e-filing and archiving of documents. Zach then worked at Canadian Blood Services as an Assistant Supply Services Coordinator, gaining experience in logistical operations and using SAP software for managing purchases. At Bell, they served as a Network Management Service Assistant, updating databases, generating reports, and learning AutoCAD and Map GIS software. Zach joined Intact Insurance as a Claims Representative and later became a Commercial Underwriter, where they determined risk acceptance, authorized coverage, and controlled risk improvement. Currently, Zach is employed at ISN as a Senior Project Lead in Insurance and Risk Management, responsible for overseeing projects and providing expertise in the field.

Zach Weaver's education history includes completing an Associate's Degree in Marketing at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2004 to 2006. Zach then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and General Management at The University of Lethbridge from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Zach attended the University of Calgary from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) degree with a focus on Risk Management. In 2014, they briefly attended the International Risk Management Institute to earn a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) degree, specializing in Construction Risk and Insurance.
