Shannon Kicher

Shannon Kicher is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in system implementation and business operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at iSoft Solutions LLC since October 2024, Shannon previously held multiple roles at KBX from September 2017 to October 2024, including System Implementation Lead and Business Implementation Manager. Shannon's earlier experience includes managing operations at Flip Zone, coordinating logistics and scheduling from August 2013 to July 2017, and interning in procurement at Molex in summer 2016. Shannon holds a degree in Management from Eastern Illinois University, earned in 2017.
