In 2002, Isokinetic made history when they helped Bologna FC's Roberto Baggio recover from an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in just 76 days - something previously thought impossible. It is their consistent emphasis on improving standards of care through frequent scientific research that has allowed them to remain at the head of the pack in Sports Medicine. As part of their scientific initiative, Isokinetic organised over twenty conferences across Italy between 1992 and 1995 before establishing an annual international conference which they have hosted ever since, bringing experts from numerous fields together to discuss the latest advances in patients' treatment. In May 2017, Isokinetic in collaboration with FCBarcelona and FIFA will host the world's largest Football Medicine conference at Camp Nou in Barcelona.
