Anne Bruce

Anne Bruce is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Isola Group. Anne has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at several companies.

Anne began their career as a human resources generalist at a small company. Anne then moved to Natural Partners, where they were the Chief People Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the global people strategy, culture, engagement, employee relations, talent management, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.

Anne was instrumental in architecting and executing a portfolio of initiatives that improved engagement by harmonizing the distinct cultures at Natural Partners. Anne also led executive coaching and helped position Natural Partners as an employer of choice through the redesign of the employment brand promise.

Anne is a strategic and innovative leader who is passionate about building a customer-centric HR team with a deep bench of talent.

Anne Bruce earned their Organizational Leadership degree from Arizona State University while in Senior Status.

Anne Bruce reports to Travis Kelly, President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Troy Ruhrer - Chief Financial Officer, Phil Whalen - Chief New Product Development and Strategy Officer, and Sean Mirshafiei - Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
