Michael Byrnes

Michael Byrnes has over 20 years of experience in the field of tax management. Michael began their career as a Tax Staff at BDO USA, LLP in 1995, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Senior Tax Associate at Park Place Entertainment. Michael then worked at McGladrey & Pullen as a Tax Manager from 2002 to 2005. After that, they joined Bally Technologies as a Corporate Tax Manager, handling domestic and foreign tax issues. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Corporate Tax Director at Pinnacle Entertainment, overseeing income tax provisions and filings for a publicly held casino operator. Michael then joined BDO USA, LLP again as a Tax Manager, consulting with the San Jose office and assisting with tax provisions and returns for various clients, including Bio-Rad. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Tax Manager at American Traffic Solutions, responsible for all tax functions and information in the company's financial statements. Currently, they are employed as a Corporate Tax Director at Isola Group.

Michael Byrnes attended the University of Notre Dame from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting.
