Michelle Amin (nee Katchen) possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in dual roles at Garden on the Wall since September 2017 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Isolatek International since February 2019. Previous roles include consulting for DLL from January 2020 to November 2022 and supporting communications at Diversity in Action from February to September 2017. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Avis Budget Group as a Senior Compensation Analyst and at Morgan Stanley where responsibilities included HR compensation analysis and data management. Michelle began professional career as an Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, and holds a degree in Communications from the University of Maryland.
