Sara Neuenschwander

Sara Neuenschwander serves as the People Development Manager at isolutions AG since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of HR Business Partner and was the deputy head of the Team Business Partner at cablex AG from October 2018 to March 2021. Sara's experience in human resources began at the Strassenverkehrs- und Schifffahrtsamt des Kantons Bern, where various roles included deputy head of HR, HR area manager, HR assistant, and customer consultant from July 2008 to October 2018. Educational qualifications include a NDS HF Betriebswirtschaft with a focus on Change Management and Work and Organizational Psychology from Wirtschafts- & Kaderschule Bern (2019-2021), an eidg. diploma as an HR specialist from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW (2012-2013), and additional certifications in HR from BPIH and Wirtschafts- & Kaderschule Bern, alongside a KV E-Profil from KBSE.
