Pragya Malhotra

Pragya Malhotra is the current Chief Product Officer at isolved. Pragya has held this position since September of 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Products at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from April 2020 to September of 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Products at Ultimate Software from October 2016 to April 2020.

Pragya Malhotra began their career in 2004 as a Software Development Engineer at Xchanging. Pragya held this position for two years before being promoted to Technology Solutions Supervisor at ITAGroup in 2007. Pragya held this role for two years before being promoted again to Software Consultant in 2009. In 2010, they left ITAGroup to join Wells Fargo as a Software Consultant. After one year, they left Wells Fargo and returned to ITAGroup where they served as their Technology Solutions Supervisor until 2015.

In 2016, Pragya Malhotra left ITAGroup to become the Director of Product Development at InComm. Pragya held this position for one year before being promoted to Director of Products at Ultimate Software in October 2016. Pragya held this role for four years before being promoted to Vice President of Products (Head of Platform Product Management) at UKG in April 2020.

A direct report to Pragya Malhotra is and Kelli Rico - VP, Product Management & Training. They are on a team with Chris Connell - President & GM, Partner Network, Amy Mosher - Chief People Officer, and James Norwood - Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer. Their manager is Mark Duffell, CEO.
