Nicholas Lembo has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and leadership roles. Nicholas is currently the Head of Marketing and Communications at Isometric. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing for Gusto Wallet, where they led marketing strategy and execution for employee app and consumer financial products.

Before joining Gusto, Nicholas held various positions at Wise (formerly TransferWise), including Global Head of Above the Line Marketing and Communications, Head of Americas Marketing + Special Projects, and Country Manager for Australia & APAC Communications/Marketing. Nicholas was responsible for scaling teams, building relationships with partners and regulators, and overseeing growth, marketing, and communications in multiple markets.

Nicholas also has experience as a Lecturer at RMIT University and served on the Board of Directors for FinTech Australia. Additionally, they co-founded and served as CEO of Oday Health, a healthtech startup focused on connecting patients with mental health practitioners.

Earlier in their career, Nicholas held roles at Yelp, where they led marketing and communications in the APAC region, and Baldwin Boyle Group, a consultancy serving clients across the Asia Pacific region. Nicholas also worked in policy and communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and as a consultant at The World Bank.

Nicholas Lembo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from William & Mary and a Master of Arts degree in International Development from The George Washington University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Stakeholder Engagement from IAP2 International Association for Public Participation (Australasia).
