Agnieszka Podsiadło

Agnieszka Podsiadło currently serves as Head of Engineering at Isomorphic Labs since October 2024. Prior to this, Agnieszka held the position of Director of Engineering at Whatnot from July 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading Core Product Engineering. At Lyft, Agnieszka progressed through various engineering leadership roles from April 2019 to July 2022, and at Instagram from November 2016 to April 2019, Agnieszka successfully initiated and expanded the machine learning ranking team, managing key features like feed and stories ranking. Agnieszka's earlier experience includes positions at Facebook and Google, focusing on machine learning applications. Educationally, Agnieszka holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw and a BSc in Computer Science from the same institution, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
