Ed Landau

Ed is an Electrical Engineer with over 25 years of broad ranging practical experience in research and development, product design, system design, ASIC design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test, and has a track record of delivering results. He most recently worked for Livongo where he managed all hardware development, firmware development, V&V, and documentation for a new Class II medical device. He has experience both in detailed design work (PCB design, chip design, algorithm patents, etc.), and team-building / Management (he managed Microsoft’s XBOX silicon design team and built teams from the ground up to successfully deliver products). He has a background in leading cross-functional teams of 150 people and managing budgets of $30M, consistently delivering results, focusing on Medical Technology and Consumer Electronics (Hardware and Software).
