Becky Montgomery

Becky Montgomery is currently the VP of People Ops at Isos Technology. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie from June 2015 to April 2022. In this role, they provided strategic and operational leadership to the human resources, payroll, professional development, and lawyer recruitment teams, as well as executive leadership of the firm’s Paralegal Program. Becky also determined the strategic approach to complex employee relations, retention, recruitment, professional development, and the well-being of staff, attorneys, and partners alike. Becky was a non-lawyer co-chair for the Diversity Equity and Inclusiveness Committee, determining strategy and programs to achieve firm goals. Prior to their role at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at SWCA Environmental Consultants from July 2001 to September 2014.

Becky Montgomery has an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Arizona State University. Becky also has a BS in Business / Organizational Behavior from the University of the Pacific. In addition, they are certified as a Culture Index Analyst from Culture Index, SHRM-SCP from SHRM, SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, CEBS from International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, Accredited Atlassian Sales Professional from Atlassian, and Accredited Atlassian Technical Sales Professional from Atlassian. Becky is also certified in Advanced Workplace Violence & Misconduct Prevention from Threat Assessment Group (TAG), Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder from Mental Health First Aid Maryland, and Jira Fundamentals Badge and Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian.
