Paul Ahlstrom

Paul Ahlstrom is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor currently serving as CEO of IsoTalent, a technology-enabled recruiting service that significantly reduces hiring costs. Ahlstrom also holds the position of Chairman at Meridian Therapeutics, which develops a novel cancer vaccine; is part of the Investment Committee at Krealo, a corporate venture capital firm focused on Latin America's MSMEs; and serves as a Board Member at Angel Studios, known for its innovative film projects. Additionally, Ahlstrom is the Managing Director at Alta Ventures, which provides early-stage financing to high-tech entrepreneurs, and co-founded TechBuzz.News, a platform for Utah entrepreneurs. As a co-founder of Alta Growth Capital, Ahlstrom supports growth equity for middle-market companies in Mexico. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member for Google Launchpad Accelerator and Board Member at MURAL, a leader in digital collaboration. Ahlstrom is also an author, having co-written the entrepreneurial guide "Nail It Then Scale It."
