Chris Lutz

Chris Lutz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chris served as the Chief Financial Officer at Totes Isotoner starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Treasurer and Vice President of Finance at Totes Isotoner from October 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Totes Isotoner, Chris worked at Goodbaby International as the Treasurer and Vice President of Finance from January 2017 to October 2018.

From 2014 to 2017, Chris was at Evenflo Company, Inc. where they held the position of Treasurer and Director of FP&A. In this role, they were responsible for cash flow forecasting, managing banking relationships, and reducing past-due receivables. Chris also led the development of the FP&A function, resulting in improved financial performance.

Prior to Evenflo, Chris worked at Johnson & Johnson in various finance roles. These included Finance Manager for the ETHICON Energy Business Unit, Finance Manager for EES Licensing & Acquisitions, Senior Financial Analyst for EES Commercial Finance, Senior Financial Analyst for EES WW Financial Reporting, and Senior Financial Analyst for EES Development Finance. In these positions, Chris provided financial leadership and support, conducted financial analysis for potential business opportunities, and consolidated and analyzed financial results.

Chris began their career at Convergys Corporation as a Senior Business Analyst, where they were responsible for planning, reporting, and forecasting for Corporate Resource units. Chris also played a role in identifying cost savings opportunities and conducting financial analysis for acquisitions and mergers.

Chris Lutz completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology & Psychology from North Park University between the years 1995 and 1999. Chris further pursued higher education and earned their MBA degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2004 to 2006.
