Jenny Kilian

Jenny Kilian has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Jenny started at Diamond Cellar as a Back Office/Sales Assistant and Receptionist in 2003. Jenny then moved on to positions at the State of Ohio, where they worked as an HR Intern and later as an HR Assistant. In 2007, they joined Hendrickson Auxiliary Axle Systems as a Human Resource Representative. Jenny then spent six years at Western & Southern Financial Group, where they served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, providing support in areas such as associate relations, organizational development, and performance management. In 2018, Jenny joined Protective Life as a 2VP, HR Partner, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Totes Isotoner.

Jenny Kilian obtained their HS Diploma from Centerville High School in 2002, with a focus on College Prep. Jenny then went on to attend The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2002 to 2006, earning a BSBA degree in Human Resources. In 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capital University - School of Management, majoring in Business. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including SHRM-SCP from SHRM in October 2015, SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2011, CEBS from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in March 2016, and HR Analytics for HR Business Partners from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in September 2020.
