Lauren McKinley

Lauren McKinley has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Lauren is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Totes Isotoner since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at DownLite International as a Senior Product Designer focused on innovation and technical product development, from July 2012 to August 2020.

Before joining DownLite, Lauren was the Lead Designer for Men's & Ladies Collegiate Sportswear at Vesi Incorporated. During their tenure from July 2007 to August 2012, they were responsible for overseeing the entire process of developing collegiate licensed sportswear collections, including design, production, quality control, and marketing. Lauren also directly communicated with overseas factories.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked as a Fashion Forecaster/Designer at Ripple Junction Design Co. from November 2005 to March 2007. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience as an Intern/Assistant Designer at Lord Daniel Sportswear from March 2003 to November 2005.

To kickstart their career, Lauren interned as a Technical Design Intern at Justice for a few months from March 2002 to June 2002.

Overall, Lauren has a strong background in product design, technical development, and fashion forecasting in the fashion industry. Lauren has demonstrated expertise in managing the entire product development process, collaborating with overseas factories, and delivering high-quality designs.

Lauren McKinley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
