Andrea Schwarz-Dymiński

Andrea Schwarz-Dymiński, BA has been Head of Human Resources at ITM since 2016. Prior to this, Andrea held a leading position of HR Director at MorphoSys AG and was a Manager of Human Resources at TRION Pharma GmbH.

Andrea is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history in the pharmaceutical industry. Andrea is a certified Business Coach & Trainer, a certified HR Manager, and holds a Bachelor's in International Business Administration from the European Business School.
