Andreas Kleist

Andreas Kleist is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of HR for the Pharma and Nutrition business unit at Fresenius Kabi since October 2023, Andreas previously held the position of HR Director at Alliance Healthcare Deutschland GmbH from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior to this, a family break was taken after serving as HR Director for Consumer Beauty DACH at COTY Inc. from October 2015 to June 2020. Andreas also held significant roles at Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH and Henkel KGaA, where responsibilities included managing human resources for various divisions. Andreas began the career at Bertelsmann as an HR intern focusing on corporate recruitment and management development. A graduate of Leibniz Universität Hannover, Andreas holds a Diplom-Ökonom degree with specializations in HR, organization, leadership, logistics, and economic policy.
