Roger Estafanos

Roger Estafanos serves as the General Manager of ITM USA at ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE since April 2023. Additionally, Roger has been an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School since January 2014, focusing on Business Strategy and pharmaceutical management. From May 2015 to April 2023, Roger held the position of Vice President and Head of Commercial and Access Realization for Radioligand Therapy at Novartis, where contributions included founding the Nuclear Medicine unit and strengthening commercial teams for Targeted Radioligand Therapy. Past roles also include leadership positions at PHI, Entree Health, Peppers & Rogers Group, IBM, CSC, and IMS Health. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School and an Executive Continuing Education program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
