Bert Nys

Bert Nys is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From January 2015 to October 2016, Bert served as a Project Engineer in Formulation at Pfizer, leading full scope projects encompassing engineering, validation, and closure. Since then, Bert has taken on multiple roles, including ISPE PM COP Board Member since June 2023 and YP Board Member for ISPE Belgium Affiliate from March 2018 to February 2022. Currently, as a freelance Project Manager for NYBEC gcv and a partner at VILS, Bert oversees CAPEX projects and has collaborated with various clients in the life sciences sector. Bert's educational background includes a Master of Science in Chemical Process Technology from De Nayer Instituut Sint Katelijne Waver, completed in 2012.
