Mauricio Arima

Mauricio Arima has been working in the technology industry since 2000. Mauricio began their career as a Programador for 7COMm, where they developed systems in Visual Basic 6.0, ASP and Javascript, with a SQL Server 7.0 and Oracle 8 database. In 2001, they joined Simetrias Informática as an Analista Programador, where they developed and maintained systems for Hannover Seguros, Vera Cruz Seguros and Liberty Seguros. In 2006, they moved to Allianz Seguros as a Consultor de Projetos e Processos, where they were responsible for the requirement gathering and specification, optimization and documentation of processes, planning, coordination and conducting of projects, with a focus on Backoffice Reinsurance, Accounting and Finance. In 2014, they joined AIG as a Coordenador de TI, where they led the Collection Rapid Results project and was responsible for the development/continuous improvements, maintenance and support of backoffice systems - Finance and Accounting, and temporarily Reinsurance, Claims and Management and Legal Reports. In 2017, they became a Consultor de TI at SulAmérica, where they coordinated a support team and restructured the service process, managing the supplier. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder & CTO of iSPORTiSTiCS, a hub for sports content solutions, innovating in streaming, gaming, media and overall fan engagement.

Mauricio Arima completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Santa Cecília in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Technical degree in Industrial Informatics from CEFET-SP - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de São Paulo / Unidade de Ensino de Cubatão in 1998. In 2011, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Finance from Fundação Instituto de Administração - FIA.
