Shawn Edwards

Shawn Edwards currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering for the Core Platform at iSpot.tv, overseeing media channel feeds, video and audio indexing, calibration, schedules, airings, and ACR detection since October 2022. Previously, Edwards held the role of Senior Director of Engineering for the Audience, focusing on media viewing analytics and predictive modeling utilizing advanced data science methodologies. Prior to iSpot.tv, Edwards spent nearly a decade at Moz as Senior Director of Data Engineering, managing data collections and big data teams, and earlier roles included Engineering Manager at GE Healthcare and Director of Engineering at Netegrity. Edwards's career began as a Programmer Analyst at SNET/Southern New England Telephone. Shawn Edwards earned an MBA in Management and a BS in Mathematics/Computer Science from Quinnipiac University.
