Víctor Rodríguez del Amo

Víctor Rodríguez del Amo has a diverse work experience in HR and recruitment. In 2016, they worked as a Recruiter at Grupo Alliance España, where they conducted generalist selection of various profiles and implemented selection tests. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SYNERGIE ESPAÑA as a Commercial Manager and HR Consultant, managing all phases of recruitment, assessing talent, and providing personalized advice to clients. In 2019, Víctor collaborated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to conduct workshops on new technologies such as big data, AI, and IoT. In 2020, Víctor worked at Hays Executive as a Headhunter specializing in executive search, managing different positions and providing people solutions. Currently, they are working at ISPROX as an Associate Partner and HR Manager.

Víctor Rodríguez del Amo began their education at the British Study Centres in 2012, where they obtained a certificate in Upper-Intermediate English.
