Elaine O'Connor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare quality and operations management. Currently serving as Head of Operations for the ISQua External Evaluation Association and Head of Strategic Partnerships at ISQua since May 2014, Elaine has previously held key roles such as Programme Manager and Project Co-ordinator for Patient Safety at HIQA from May 2007 to April 2014. Earlier positions include Research Executive at the Irish Health Services Accreditation Board and Research Project Officer at the Irish Society for Quality and Safety in Healthcare. Elaine's career began as a Walsh Fellow at Teagasc and included a role as Sales Account Manager at Glennon Brothers Cork Ltd. Elaine holds multiple academic qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School and a Higher Diploma in Quality in Healthcare from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, complementing a Master's degree in Agricultural Science from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Food Degree in Nutritional Science from University College Cork.
