Laura Boyne

Laura Boyne is an experienced professional currently serving as Accreditation Manager at ISQua and Program Officer at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Ireland. Previously, Laura held various roles, including Inclusive Communications and National Engagement Coordinator at The Scottish Government, where responsibilities included national engagement leadership and the embedding of inclusive communications across the organization. Laura also served as Business Support Manager, managing the Deputy Director’s office and implementing business continuity plans during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as Governance and Business Coordinator, creating governance structures for Social Security Scotland. Additional experience includes an internship with the Minister of Disabilities and roles in communications and media with the Commonwealth Games Federation. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and International Politics from the University of Glasgow, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Politics from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from San Diego State University.
