Liat Rave has extensive work experience in customer service and customer experience roles. Liat currently serves as the Vp - Head of customer service and customer experience at Phoenix Holdings. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of customer service division at Isracard, managing call centers and a large team of workers. Liat also worked at Partner Israel as a Senior Headquarters Director and Planning in the Retail & Service division, and as a Sales Manager in the same division. Liat also held the role of Customer Service Division Manager at wallashops and Coaching Division Manager at Comeet. Earlier in their career, they worked at Partner Communications Company Ltd. as the Director of customer retention and public inquiries, and as the manager of the VIP service center for strategic business customers.
Liat Rave pursued their education at various institutions, beginning with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1997 to 2000. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Communication. Following a gap, Liat resumed their education in 2006 and 2007, obtaining a Coaching Certification from Emotion. Later on, they attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Liat'sMBA focused on HR Consultant and Management.
