Noya Polkowski

Noya Polkowski is an experienced accountant and SOX Compliance Manager at Isracard, a position held since October 2010. Prior to this role, Noya gained valuable experience as an accounting intern at EY from June 2008 to June 2010 and worked as an economist at Zameret Mimunim Ltd from May 2004 to June 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as a personal banker at Bank Otsar Hahayal from December 1991 to January 2003. Noya holds a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University (2014-2017), a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies (2004-2008), and another Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Open University of Israel (1998-2003).
