Ofer Levinger

Ofer Levinger is the Chief Information Officer & VP Technology at Isracard. Prior to that, Levinger served as the CEO of White-Hat and as the General Manager of Enterprise PTU at NICE Systems. Ofer also held executive roles at Bank Hapoalim and served as the Commander of a software unit at the Israel Defense Forces. With a background in Statistics and Computer Science, Levinger has a diverse and extensive experience in technology and leadership roles.
