Hezi Israel

Hezi Israel is an experienced executive in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as EVP of Corporate Development and M&A at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since 2019, where responsibilities include business development in defense and civilian markets and fundraising for startups. Previously, Hezi held the position of EVP at ICL Group from 2012 to 2019, leading global M&A, divestments, and joint ventures with a total transaction value of approximately $3 billion. Additional roles include board membership at Novetide Ltd. and IDE Technologies, chairmanship at ICL Innovation Ltd., and a VP position at ICL Industrial Products, focusing on strategy and M&A for diverse business units. Earlier in the career, Hezi served as Senior Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals, overseeing commercial activities in Japan and South Korea, and as Head of Department at Dun & Bradstreet (Israel) Ltd. Hezi holds an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
