Matan Naveh

Matan Naveh's work experience begins in 1996 as a UAS operator in the Israeli Air Force. In 2001, they joined IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as a System Engineer & UAS Test Pilot within the MALAT division. Matan worked in this role until 2008 when they became a Product & Program Manager for the UAS Division. From 2012 to 2019, Matan served as the Director of Business Development within the IAI Corporate/Commercial Aviation Group. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Director, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Director of the UAS Business line, responsible for leading a team of managers, managing complex programs, and overseeing business development and strategic planning.

Matan Naveh received a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering in 2006. Matan later pursued an MBA from Reichman University, completing it in 2009.
