Santiago (Zadik) Machtinger has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Santiago (Zadik) started their career at Y. Martin Imports Ltd. as the Founder & CEO, where they developed marketing and sales programs, managed a sales team, and organized exhibitions. Santiago (Zadik) then moved on to work at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as the Europe Sales Manager, where they generated new accounts, expanded product contracts, and achieved significant sales growth. Later, they joined Degem System Holding LTD as the LATAM Marketing & Sales Director, where they established and managed regional marketing and sales networks and achieved multi-million dollar revenues in new contracts. After that, they worked at Solid AT as the Sales Director - Americas & Iberian Peninsula, where they established and managed regional sales channels, created innovative business plans, and identified strategic partners. Currently, they hold the position of UAV Director Of Sales And Marketing at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they are responsible for sales and marketing activities related to unmanned aerial vehicles.

Santiago (Zadik) Machtinger obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Economics, International Relations, and Political Science, from 1986 to 1990.
