Shir Dominik

Shir Dominik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since November 2021. Prior experience includes various roles within the Israel Defense Forces from January 2012 to May 2021, such as Faculty Officer, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and management of civilian employees, and Human Resources Officer, focusing on the well-being and development of the intelligence division’s personnel. Shir holds an MBA specializing in Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
